Pretty beach, but not enough staff

We had a beachfront suite that was nice, but the service was a real letdown. They had this cool outdoor dining area, but we waited forever just to get a drink. The staff seemed kinda slow and uninterested, which made it all feel off. the room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. Not the luxury we expected.
